DRAFT — REQUIRES SAUDI LEGAL/REGULATORY REVIEW
This is a draft awaiting Saudi legal and regulatory review. The text may change.
1. What the platform is
An online directory of licensed tour guides in Saudi Arabia. Each guide shows their page, experiences and contact channels, and visitors contact the guide directly.
The platform is not a party to any agreement between a tourist and a guide, and it neither organises nor provides tours. See “Platform role”.
2. Accounts
Browsing needs no account. An account is needed to save guides, send inquiries, write reviews and reports, and create a guide page.
You are responsible for accurate details and for protecting your sign-in. Never share a verification code, and never impersonate anyone.
3. Money
The directory is free for tourists. Only guides pay the platform, as a subscription for their page and tools, under the “Guide subscription terms”.
The platform receives no money from tourists, moves no money between the parties and takes no share of tour prices. Tourists and guides agree the price and the way to pay directly.
4. Content
Each user is responsible for what they publish, which must follow the “Content policy” and “Acceptable use”. The platform may hide breaching content or suspend an account, recording the reason.
5. Limits of responsibility
The “Verified guide” and “Verified identity” badges mean the platform matched the uploaded documents (the guide’s licence, and the front of an official identity document) with the account’s details at the time of the check — automatically or through its team’s review. They are not a guarantee that the documents are genuine, nor proof that the person using the account is the document’s holder, nor of quality, safety or anyone’s conduct, nor a government or background check, and there is no link to any government system. Confirm details with the guide before agreeing.
Every user confirms that the documents and details they submit for verification are true and their own, and is solely legally responsible for them. Submitting a forged document or someone else’s is a breach that leads to the verification being revoked and the account suspended, and the platform may report it to the competent authorities.
To the extent the law allows, the platform is not responsible for harm arising from reliance on a verification result, automatic or manual, or from an untrue document a user submitted.
To the extent the law allows, the platform is not responsible for what arises from an agreement between a tourist and a guide.
6. Changes and governing law
Changes are published on this page with their date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
