DRAFT — REQUIRES SAUDI LEGAL/REGULATORY REVIEW

This is a draft awaiting Saudi legal and regulatory review. The text may change.

1. The subscription

A guide chooses Basic or Pro for their public page and tools. The price, period and limits of each plan are shown on the subscription page before starting.

Basic includes one free calendar month, with no payment card, for each new guide who has not previously used a trial or subscription. It starts at the guide’s request and ends on the date in their dashboard. The trial is Basic only and can be used once; expiry does not charge a payment automatically.

2. Payment and automatic renewal

A guide pays for a paid plan online through the Moyasar payment gateway, from the subscription page. Luxday never stores the card number or its security code; Moyasar holds the card, and we keep only an encrypted reference to it, its brand and its last four digits.

Before paying, the guide sees every detail: today’s amount, the start of the period, the next charge and its date, any offer and its remaining months, that the subscription renews automatically, and how to stop it. Payment starts only after the guide explicitly agrees to automatic renewal.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period by charging the saved card on the period-end date shown in the dashboard, never earlier, until the guide stops renewal or removes the card. We notify the guide in the platform three days before each automatic charge, and before any offer ends.

Launch offer for Pro: SAR 29 for each of the guide’s first three paid months, then the regular SAR 59 a month. The offer counts once per guide: a declined attempt does not use it, and stopping renewal or subscribing again does not restart it. It does not apply to annual subscriptions or to Basic.

No tax is currently added to the shown price; any change will be announced before it applies. A guide’s listing or ranking never depends on an amount paid, and a subscription never buys a rating or a verification.

3. When a page is listed

A page is public only while the licence is verified and current, the subscription or trial is running (or in its grace period), and the page is approved and not suspended.

The star and “Professional guide” badge identify an active Pro subscription. Licence verification has its own badge and requirements; subscribing does not buy a rating or a quality guarantee.

4. When a subscription ends

After an unrenewed period a grace period starts; its length is shown in the dashboard. After it the page is paused: not listed, not indexed by search engines, and contact channels hidden. Content is kept and returns on renewal. Choosing to stop renewal ends access at the period end without a grace period.

After moving from Pro to Basic, a guide can choose which experiences appear within the Basic limit. Additional experiences and images remain saved without deletion, and previous requests and appointments can still be managed to completion.

5. The guide’s obligations

Keep a valid, genuine licence and renew it before it expires; keep the page accurate; follow the content and acceptable-use policies. The guide alone is responsible for their tours and their agreement with the tourist.

6. Price changes

Plan prices may change for new subscribers. An automatic renewal charges the regular price the guide agreed to when subscribing: a later increase in the plan’s price is never applied without the guide’s fresh consent, while a decrease is passed on. The current period keeps its price.
